You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction or the operator's license — to register and use betgee. Age verification is mandatory. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Each individual may hold only one betgee account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus funds forfeited. Shared payment methods may trigger a duplicate-account review under our KYC/AML procedures.
All promotional bonuses carry wagering (rollover) requirements, maximum bet limits and game-contribution rates. These are displayed in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Failure to comply voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Betgee will not be liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your password or two-factor authentication codes.
All withdrawals require successful KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Betgee reserves the right to request identity documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software errors and money laundering are strictly prohibited. Violations result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and betgee ("betgee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at betgee.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature of betgee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Betgee reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an account on betgee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to notify betgee support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Betgee will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
All deposits made to your betgee account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Betgee reserves the right to refuse a deposit, request additional verification or return funds to the originating payment method at its sole discretion.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods
Payment method availability varies and is subject to change. Users should confirm current availability in the live cashier. Familiar Pakistani payment references — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as contextual guidance only. Betgee does not represent that any of these providers endorses, supports or authorises gambling-related transactions. Users must verify the terms of each payment provider independently.
5.2 Currency & Fees
Where PKR is selected as the account currency, all balances, bets and transactions will be denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Currency conversion may apply if a deposit is made in a different currency. Any applicable platform deposit fees will be disclosed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Third-party payment provider fees are beyond betgee's control.
5.3 Minimum Deposits
Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Betgee reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with prior notice on the Platform.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits and registered in the account holder's name, subject to KYC verification being complete. Betgee reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals above defined thresholds.
Betgee may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, refer-a-friend programmes and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:
All PKR bonus amounts shown on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000 welcome bonus") are illustrative maximums subject to minimum deposit thresholds, wagering conditions and maximum cash-out caps as stated in promotion-specific terms. Users are advised to read full promotion terms before opting in.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules available in the Platform's help centre or rules section. The following general principles apply across all betting products:
8.1 Acceptance of Bets
A bet is confirmed and binding only once betgee issues an explicit confirmation message including a unique bet reference number. Betgee reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where odds are displayed in error or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
8.2 Palpable Errors
In the event that a bet is offered or accepted due to a manifest error in odds ("palpable error"), betgee reserves the right to void the relevant bet regardless of whether it has been settled. Betgee will endeavour to notify affected Users promptly.
8.3 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief processing delay. Betgee cannot guarantee the acceptance of in-play wagers during periods of high system load, particularly during high-interest events such as PSL finals, ICC knockout matches or Premier League fixtures. Wagers accepted after an event outcome is determined will be voided.
8.4 Results & Settlements
Bet settlements are based on official results published by the relevant governing body. In cricket, this includes results as recognised by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic events and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. Betgee's decision on all disputed settlements is final, subject to the complaints procedure described in the Contact Us section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betgee Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance permanently forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the betgee Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and game mechanics — is the property of betgee or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, transmitted, published or commercially exploited without prior written consent from betgee or the relevant rights holder.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or exploit any Platform content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betgee excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, betgee's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your betgee account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Betgee is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to assist Users in managing their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Users are encouraged to make proactive use of these tools.
In accordance with our eligibility requirements, the Platform is accessible only to adults aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that minors in your household are prevented from accessing the Platform using your credentials or device.
Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team and take effect within the timeframe described in our Responsible Gambling Policy. During a self-exclusion period, betgee will use reasonable endeavours to prevent you from placing bets and to stop all promotional communications. Betgee does not guarantee that self-exclusion will be technically enforceable across all access methods.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.
In summary, betgee collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC/AML compliance, transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have consented, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

Betgee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon account termination, any real-money balance (after deduction of applicable fees and any bonus funds) will be returned to the User via a verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and AML procedures. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of termination will be forfeited.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any remaining real-money balance returned after verification.
Betgee reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and, where contact details are available, via email. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 14.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betgee holds its applicable gaming license, as disclosed in the Platform's regulatory section. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to betgee's internal complaints procedure, details of which are available on request from our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through betgee's internal procedure within a reasonable period, it may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution service recognised by betgee's license jurisdiction. Users who are residents of Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts may have concurrent jurisdiction and are advised to seek independent legal advice where appropriate.
